Day 1: pie and mash omad, alcohol allowed in evening
Day 2: 1-2 bottles of pepsi, must be full sugar and from a glass bottle
Day 3: 1-2 bottles of pepsi, must be full sugar and from a glass bottle
Day 4: alcohol omad or fast
Day 5: black coffee only
Day 6: coffee with milk only
Day 7: fast
at least 15k steps a day (and don't just pace around the house, get out and about)
listen to this playlist everyday, prefereably while walking
watch quadrophenia at least once
